On the one hand, the quality of aluminum from their own raw materials containing aluminum element level, one hand is derived from its production technology control process, but no matter what aluminum must focus on an aging process, which is in the production process of each link has a limitation of control.  

Aging process in aluminium profile production:  

1, ordinary, ordinary curtain wall door and window profiles, industry profiles, must be an ageing oven, furnace temperature control at 195 - 5 Deg. C within 3 hours after the arrival of temperature heat released, released immediately after the opening 20 minutes cooling fan blowing, hardness test inspector.  

2, insulation, thermal insulation curtain wall door and window profile, must the same ageing oven, furnace temperature control at 180 DEG C + 3 DEG C, the temperature reached after 3 hours holding out, released immediately after the opening 20 minutes cooling fan blowing, hardness test inspector.

3, if the aging heat insulation section is not satisfied with the furnace, can put 1~2 boxes of ordinary profiles (wall thickness below 2.0mm), the same furnace aging process, according to heat insulation section process implementation.  

4. When the material is put into the furnace, the end of the profile and the air guide are controlled within 80 ~ 100mm. 

5. When the furnace temperature reaches the process temperature, the aging worker can measure the actual temperature in the furnace every 30 minutes with a glass tube thermometer, and make the original record. 

Only strictly control every time as well to ensure the link, aluminum product performance and quality.
